Checking in and out
Check-in from 12.00 noon on the scheduled date of arrival. Check-out
by 11.00am on date of departure.

Reservations, Cancellations, Payment
To secure your reservation in advance, you must either send a deposit by cheque or bank-transfer, or notify us of your credit-card details. Authorisation will be made on all cards to ensure validity. Except in the case of late cancellation or no-show, cards will not be charged until you instruct us.

You can either phone your card details to us on +44(0) 208 226 5434 or fax them securely on +44(0) 208 567 9510.

Any changes must be notified to us at least 48 hours before your scheduled arrival, or a cancellation charge will be made, equal to the full cost of the accommodation.

Car Parking
Guests may park free throughout their stay, in our own car-park monitored by CCTV and 24 hour staff. Parking is solely at the risk of the vehicle’s owner. No liability will be accepted by Boston Manor Hotel for any damage or loss to vehicles or their contents.

Free Wifi
Free internet access is provided for our guests, if they have booked via our booking system on this site. Access is subject to compatibility of guests’ equipment with our hotspot server.
