Booking Policies

The following conditions apply to accommodation bookings made by you through your usage of Boston Manor Hotel may alter these conditions at any time.

Making a booking
It is your responsibility to submit accurate information and mention any special requirements at the time of booking. All guests will be required to show the credit/debit card used to book and photo ID upon arrival; anyone without photo ID may not be permitted to check in (please contact us for any queries). If you wish to pay on behalf of someone else (e.g. with a company card), please contact us.

Pre-authorisation Policy
Please note that Boston Manor Hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise the remaining balance (after the deposit is taken) from the card provided to secure your booking against no-show and late cancellation of your stay prior to your arrival.

It is free to modify. Modifications must be made in advance of the cancellation period to avoid the accommodation provider's late cancellation fees, and in advance of the arrival date in order to avoid the loss of the pre-payment. This is a temporary hold on the remaining balance of your booking.

Cancellations and Non-Arrivals
If you have booked the 'Free to Cancel' option then it is free to cancel before the accommodation's late cancellation period. This will result in a refund of your deposit payment, subject to any applicable fees (which if applied are a minimum of GBP 10.00) and minus any already issued cash-back.
If you cancel within the late cancellation period, or do not arrive, your deposit is forfeited in full and the accommodation may charge a cancellation penalty equal to an amount up to the total value of the reservation.
Late cancellation period starts: 48 hours before check in time on your date of arrival. The accommodation may need to protect against the loss of a late cancellation fee by pre-authorising an amount equal to at least the first night's stay, prior to arrival.

Non-refundable bookings
Modifications can only be made for additional nights or rooms. Cancellations and non-arrivals result in the loss of the full payment of your Non-Refundable Offer. The cardholder needs to be present upon arrival, otherwise guests need to be able to provide a letter and ID of the cardholder upon arrival.

Group or Long-Stay Bookings
When making reservations either for 10 people or more or for stays of over 21 nights, your booking will be subject to the accommodation provider's group/long stay booking policy. You may need to pay a proportion of the balance prior to arrival.

Upon Arrival
The hotel's terms and conditions will apply to you from check-in. Photo ID is also required at check-in, as is a £50 pre-authorisation / security deposit which will be released on the day of departure.
